LB840 program administration

An LB840 program runs on its adopted economic development plan and the Local Option Municipal Economic Development Act. Administration covers reviewing applicants against the plan, structuring loans, forgivable loans, and grants, documenting job-creation and retention commitments, tracking compliance and clawbacks, and preparing the reporting a city and its citizen advisory review committee need.

TIF and Micro-TIF
